This 8-hour seminar will discuss some of the major issues related to the new standard. Topics:
- Readiness
- Scrutinization of customer-specific requirements
- Identification of COPs, SOPs and MOPs
- Measurement of all processes for efficiency
- Employee motivation and improvement

Key issue to consider: ISO/TS 16949:2009 clearly states that companies registered to ISO/TS 16949:2009 must only buy from suppliers that are, at a minimum, ISO 9001:2000 registered.
ISO/TS 16949 requires a measurement of customer satisfaction. Our Customer Satisfaction Surveys help you to meet the measure of customer satisfaction requirement!
