Creating a Culture of Employee Ownership

How Phil Moeller took Holland Company from a $10 million to a $150 million business from 1987 to 2013. Presented by Phil Moeller, former President of Holland Company.

When Phil Moeller began his career at Holland Company in 1987, Holland had revenue of $10 million and a loss of $16,000. The culture of the company and the morale of the employees were not good. Today, Holland is known as a great place to work, and is recognized by the community and railroad industry as a truly great company. The close of business for 2012 marked the 11th year in a row of record profitability on total sales revenue of over $150 million.

This workshop will provide the roadmap that Phil developed to provide visionary leadership and inspire everyone in the company to accomplish great things.
